Meanwhile, the study Job Search in Sweden 2025 shows that 68 percent of surveyed candidates feel that job ads are impersonal and unclear, and that descriptions of soft values often do not reflect reality. Many candidates say they have applied for jobs they do not actually want simply because they do not know how else to begin
