Refined strategy for the trainee program
Ahead of the 2025 trainee program, Telenor Norway wanted to sharpen its strategy and launch a campaign that would cover the entire candidate journey: from generating awareness and interest to driving applications. Through a data-driven and channel-optimized approach, combined with our mobile-friendly application tool Dialog, we created a holistic solution that both engaged and converted.

Dialog – The conversion engine at the bottom of the funnel
To ensure not just a high volume, but the right kind of applications, Telenor utilized our application tool Dialog. This is a CV-free, mobile-optimized tool where candidates answer competency-based questions designed together with our profiling team.
Each trainee program had its own unique application path. In this way, the questions – and the competencies sought – could be tailored to what each program manager looked for in a top candidate.
