The challenge

Since the start in 2014, Axakons ambition has always been to cultivate young and promising developers into great consultants and to build a great environment for developers to thrive in. They have grown rapidly and with currently over 40 consultants, their vision is to keep growing towards becoming next generations’ IT consulting. Operating in a highly competitive talent market, they need to ensure that they can stand out to attract and retain the best.

An authentic employer brand

With a playful and authentic employer brand concept, we create communication that all the different personalities at Axakon can gather around. The concept communicates that Axakon is a bunch of tech-savvy experts and has a humble and inclusive culture at the core.

A playful way to communicate

Axakon want their employees to feel inspired at work, and there is room for play and games. To communicate this we have added graphic elements such as a pixel grid, additional fonts, colors and imagery, as well as a tonality that is playful, crisp and humble.
