With a multitude of job listings, and brand recognition in need of support, Kamux needed a lean way of showcasing their open jobs to candidates, the opportunity to create a consistent brand presence, and the ability to boost job ads proving more difficult to find hires for. All while not adding the the work load of their hiring managers.

The infrastructure
As in all of our Publish & Priority solutions, we set up a feed that automatically fetched Kamux' job listings from their own website and imported them to our platsforms jobbland.se and jobbsafari.se. This automation is continuous, meaning that all changes made on the original site will be mirrored on our platform. Changes in job ad texts, pictures and end dates are all updated – without the need for manual labour.
Publishing the job ads on our platforms didn't only ensure they were shown to our visitors, but also automatically delivered to relevant candidates' inboxes with the help of our job watches, and to their social media feeds through our social media groups.
Finally, we created a space for Kamux to collect all their ads on our platform with a Premium Career Page. In addition to all of their job ads, we showcase their benefits, their culture and their story.


Consistent reach and added boost
The "+" part of Publish & Priority+ was the next part of Kamux' solution. This product also gives every single job ad posted by the company automated and targeted digital marketing in relevant social media channels – for example, Facebook and Instagram. This meant that as job ads were added to Kamux' own website, they were not only posted on our platsforms, but also shown to relevant candidates outside of our visitors. In short, automatically reaching both the active and passive candidates simultaneously. All without any extra work for the hiring managers.
Some of the jobs listed were known to be more challenging, for example because the role was more niche, or located in a less populated area. Together with Kamux, we tackled this by using credits. These credits can be used to buy recruitment marketing campaigns as the hiring managers saw fit.
The results
The combination of products have resulted in broad visibility for the employer brand – always visible in the right places, a premium career page, and a consistent presence through the entire candidate journey.
